Tim comes to HBA with ample experience, starting in the Architectural field over 18 years ago as a CADD Technician. Returning to school to earn his BArch from Hampton University, he has since become an Architectural Intern.
Tim is a native of Virginia Beach, where he designed and built his first home in 1999 (that he and his family still reside in today). Tim spends his free time perfecting his Golf game and relaxing with wife Angela and two sons, Seth and Aiden. Tim is a welcome addition to HBA’s Community Studio.
HBA is pleased to announce the addition of Sebastian Ramos to the staff as an Architectural Intern. Sebastian holds a BArch from the University of Houston. Sebastian comes to HBA from Bay Electric Company, where he honed his skills as a BIM Coordinator and Modeler.

Dave comes to HBA from H&A Architects & Engineers (formerly CMSS Architects), where his prolific design portfolio includes mixed-use master planning, high and mid-rise hotels, entertainment venues, office buildings, renovation and restoration of historic buildings, multi-family housing, and governmental facilities.
Dave resides in Virginia Beach with his wife of 17 years, Nancy, and two children, Wyndham and John. Dave’s interest in mentoring young architects, knowledge-sharing, extensive experience and talent make him a wonderful addition to HBA.
HBA is pleased to announce the addition of Mandy Wilmoth to the staff as an Architectural Intern. Mandy holds a BS in Architecture from Virginia Tech. Mandy comes to HBA from RRMM, where her primary focus was in retail design.
Mandy was certain she would be an Architect from a very young age, building and drawing houses for fun. In her free time these days, Mandy enjoys spending time at the dog park with her boyfriend and black lab, Eleanor Rigby. She is a welcome addition to HBA’s Community Studio.
